Restoration Timeline

Dec 2025 Survey & Purchase — Pre-purchase survey at Port Credit marina. Bought hull #127 for $18,500 CAD. Identified delamination at chainplates, soft core in side deck, exhausted standing rigging.
Jan – Feb 2026 Engine & Systems Overhaul — Yanmar 2GM20 raw-water impeller, heat exchanger flush, new zincs, full electrical audit. Installed bilge pump float switch. Replaced all seacocks.
Feb – Mar 2026 Hull & Deck Work — West System 105/205 epoxy repairs on the chainplate knees. Core replacement in the port side deck. Bottom prepped with Interlux barrier coat.
Mar – Apr 2026 Spring Commissioning — Mast stepped, standing rigging inspected, running rigging replaced with Dyneema. Harken blocks serviced. Persistence launched and floats (confirmed).
